Depends.
If the lady is technically a nobody, like she is a housewife who murdered her husband or a tavern wench who stole a purse from the client? Option 1 or 3. Keep her head displayed on a spike for a few days as a show of justice then just dump the head or have it buried.

If the lady is someone very important like a queen who cheated the king or from the nobility who was part of a conspiracy and committed treason? - Option 5. Her head will remain displayed and embalmed regularly for everyone to see.

I had a roleplay loosely based on Anne Boyelin. The queen is beheaded and her head is first brought to the king on a silver dish. The king then orders her head 'to be put on a spike and remain as a public display for eternity'. Some 25 years later the beheaded Queen's daughter become the new Queen and then has her mother's embalmed head taken down from the spike and buried with full honour as befits a queen.

I also have similar fetishes on being hanged and gibbeted in an iron cage.
